surroundings become unsuitable for normal operations,

USA Patriot Act. The USA Patriot Act, enacted
in 2001, is designed to detect, deter and punish terrorists

with all applicable laws and regulations regarding money
laundering and any activity which facilitates the funding
of terrorists or any other criminal enterprises.
Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with laws of the State
of Illinois, without giving into effects to any principles
of conflict of law. If any provision of this agreement
shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed severable from this
agreement and shall not effect the validity and forceability
of any remaining provisions. Commonwealth reserves the
right to modify the contents of this agreement or the
site in its sole discretion.
